HIGH MOBILITY is setting the gold standard for an API platform whereby developers and carmakers can monetise vehicle data in a controlled environment via the single integration of a standardised connected car API. Today thousands of developers already enjoy building, testing and publishing their apps on our platform in conjunction with some of the best-known carmakers in the world.

We are looking for a talented and highly organised Product Support Manager who will cater to our growing user base and API customers. You will be responsible for the building up of our support operations and processes, and the first touch point for incoming queries.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and outgoing, possess the ability to work cooperatively with all users and loves finding solutions. This candidate aspires to delight our users with responsive, thorough, thoughtful and sharp communication.

Your role

The focus of your role is helping our platform users and API customers resolve problems quickly and effectively. You’ll spend a large amount of time interacting with users by email and, when needed, by phone. Internally, you will be in touch with other teams in order to resolve issues and provide insights to improve our product offerings.

The chosen candidate will be the first team member in a new team of support specialists we are building.

  • Fluent English in both writing and speaking

  • The drive to investigate and solve users’ needs and problems

  • The ability to learn an evolving technical product

  • The desire to develop and grow our support process and provide insights to improve documentation

About you

  • Excellent communication skills in English
